GoStudent Renewed My Membership Without Consent and I Can’t Reach Support

My GoStudent membership was automatically renewed without my consent, and I’m extremely frustrated. We had initially agreed on a 1-year plan, and I had no intention of continuing beyond that. Yet somehow, without any clear approval, my subscription was extended—and I can’t even reach anyone to stop it.

The platform is filled with confusing digital wording, and it’s unclear whether you’re canceling or renewing. I feel like I’ve been tricked by vague language and silence from customer service. Nobody picks up the phone anymore, and there’s no clear way to resolve anything.

My son already passed his exam, and for the past 9 months, we’ve been paying ₺ for nothing, simply because there’s a contract in place. Enough is enough.

I’m asking GoStudent to immediately cancel the renewal and refund what was charged. This kind of silent extension without explicit consent is not acceptable. Someone from your team needs to contact me immediately and resolve this.
