GoStudent Renewed My Membership Without Consent – Unauthorized Payment Taken

My GoStudent membership ended in September after two years, yet on the 19th, I noticed they had automatically renewed my subscription and charged my card without my consent. How can a company be so difficult to reach and still cause such an issue?

Did GoStudent ever ask me if I wanted to renew my membership? Did they inform me that it would renew automatically? No! What right do they have to charge my card without my approval?

After much effort, I finally found a way to cancel the auto-renewal myself, but this should never have happened in the first place. I’ve scheduled a callback for Monday—GoStudent, you need to fix this and issue a refund immediately!
