GoStudent Keeps Changing Tutors & Won’t Cancel My Useless Subscription

I signed a 24-month agreement with GoStudent, initially for math lessons. However, due to teacher availability issues, the tutor was changed twice without our consent. Frustrated, we switched to English lessons, but the same problem happened again—tutors kept changing, making it impossible to maintain consistency.

Now, with 9 unused lessons left for this month, the service has become completely ineffective. My child has lost interest in learning, and there is no structured or sustainable teaching plan. I emailed GoStudent to cancel due to the poor quality of service, but I never received a proper response.

There is no reliable customer support, and reaching a real representative is impossible. I demand immediate contract cancellation for this unreliable and ineffective service!
