I Cannot Reach Trip.com About My Korea To Japan Flight Booking

I purchased a flight ticket through Trip.com for travel from Korea to Japan on May 29. While booking the ticket, I experienced an issue related to my identity/name information, and now I am unable to access my ticket details or reservation using my booking number.

Because of this situation, I urgently need to learn whether a name correction can be made on the ticket or whether a refund option is available.

For days, I have been trying to contact Trip.com regarding this issue, but I have been completely unable to reach anyone. Despite calling multiple times, my calls are not being answered and I cannot find any real representative to assist me.

The fact that I cannot obtain information or support regarding such an important issue has caused serious inconvenience and significantly damaged my trust in the company.

I request that Trip.com clearly and transparently inform me whether a name correction is possible for my ticket or what refund options may be available in this situation.

In addition, I expect Trip.com to make its phone and communication channels genuinely accessible so customers facing urgent travel issues can receive proper support instead of being left without assistance.
