GoPro 9 Battery Refund Nightmare! 2 Months Waiting, No Money
I bought a GoPro 9 battery from them on June 16, 2023. The item was defective, so I returned it for a refund on June 20, 2023. I asked for a refund, and they promised it would be taken care of after inspection. But the company never gave any updates while we were waiting.
After a month, I called again, and they kept saying that the refund had been processed, telling me to reach out to my bank. When I reached out to my bank, they verified that there was no such transaction. I've been waiting for my refund to be credited to my account for days. Every time I give them a ring, they promise to get it done this week, keeping me in a never-ending waiting situation.
Today, I last talked to them on August 21, 2023. I seriously question the trustworthiness of this company and plan to file a report with the Consumer Arbitration Board. It's not right to have to track down your money for a basic purchase, and it's frustrating to be kept waiting by various departments!
