MediaMarkt Refused My Return for Faulty GoPro Hero 13 Black Purchase

On March 14, 2025, I purchased a GoPro Hero 13 Black from the MediaMarkt Serdivan store. When I opened the box and tested the product, I was extremely disappointed to find that its quality did not match what was advertised. The performance and build were far below expectations for a product at this price point.

I contacted MediaMarkt customer service to request a return, clearly explaining the issue. However, the representative told me they wouldn’t accept the return. This is not a personal care electronic—there’s absolutely no valid reason for refusing to take it back.
