Keto-GO Charged My Card €167.80 for a Subscription I Never Used
I saw the Keto-GO App Nutrition application on Instagram and looked into it. However, I decided that it was not suitable for me, so I never used it and it is not even installed on my phone. Despite this, somehow through records linked to my Google account, a total of €83.90 was charged to my credit card last month. At the time, I was unable to deal with the issue due to health reasons, so the payment appears to have been processed successfully. This month, the same €83.90 charge was taken again.
When I checked my credit card statement, I saw three separate transactions listed as “Keto-GO App Premium €19.95,” “Keto-GO App Shop List €24.95,” and “Keto-GO App Nutrition €39.00.” In March and April, these three separate charges were processed each month, resulting in a total of €167.80 being charged (€83.90 × 2).
When I reviewed the application website and online information, I noticed that they have made the cancellation process extremely difficult. Users have to navigate through multiple pages and follow numerous steps within the app. Although I believed I had completed the cancellation process, it was not actually canceled. Since I also did not receive any cancellation confirmation email, I cannot be sure whether the subscription has ended.
On April 27, 2026, at approximately 9:00 AM, I sent an email to h**@ketogo.app** explaining the situation and requesting a refund and cancellation. My credit card belongs to Garanti Bank, and the last four digits are 2012. I absolutely do not accept these charges that were taken from my card without my knowledge or authorization.
I request that this subscription be immediately and permanently canceled, and that the full amount of €167.80 charged to my card during March and April be refunded.
