GoPro Hero 13 Black Overheats and Poor Video Quality

I purchased a GoPro Hero 13 Black action camera through Trendyol on December 13, 2024, and received it the next day. Upon testing, I was extremely disappointed to find that the video quality was terrible, with noticeable grain and distortion in the footage. When I plugged it in to charge, the device became alarmingly hot, reaching an uncomfortable temperature at just 60% charge.

I returned the product on December 18, 2024, and sent it back for a refund. The seller claimed the issue was being “thoroughly inspected,” but I haven’t received any updates. For a brand of this reputation, such issues are unacceptable. I will never shop from this seller or Trendyol again. Please resolve this issue immediately and process my refund promptly.
