GoPro Hero 13 Replacement Request After Persistent Overheating Issue
I purchased my GoPro Hero 13 from Hepsiburada about six months ago. From the very first day, the device has constantly overheated and refused to record. The problem occurs during every recording attempt, whether short or long.
Although my device is still under warranty, when I contacted customer service, I was told that repairing the device would cost more than the device itself, and therefore no action could be taken. I then requested a replacement unit, but I have not received any positive response so far.
I have all my order and invoice information. I request that my issue be resolved as soon as possible and that my device be replaced with a new one.
