GoPro Hero 9 Black Screen Went Black & Won’t Turn On—No Support

My GoPro Hero 9 Black suddenly stopped working, and the screen went completely black. I checked other user reviews and followed all the suggested fixes—updated the firmware, removed the battery, plugged it into a charger, and tried turning it on again—but nothing worked.
I can’t believe this is happening with a well-known brand like GoPro. How can such an expensive device fail so easily? What’s even worse is that there’s no real customer support—no one responds, no one reaches out, and I am left without any solutions.
Has anyone managed to fix this issue? GoPro, you need to address this problem and provide real support! I regret buying this camera, and I expect a solution immediately!
