Keto GO Charged Me for a Subscription but Required Extra Payments
On April 24, 2026, I purchased a 3-month Keto GO subscription by paying approximately $53. I completed the payment using my credit card and expected to have full access to the application’s features with this subscription. However, after purchasing the membership, I noticed that the application continued requesting additional payments for almost every feature or request, which was extremely disappointing and frustrating. The amount was converted from Turkish lira to U.S. dollars using the current exchange rate and rounded to the nearest whole dollar.
Despite paying the subscription fee, I was repeatedly asked to make additional payments within the application. Because of this, I canceled my membership and requested a refund of the amount I paid. Although I contacted the company by email regarding this issue, I have not received any response.
I request that Keto GO refund the approximately $53 membership fee charged to my credit card and provide me with a written explanation regarding this matter. I also request that Keto GO does not make any further charges to my card in the future.
