I purchased a subscription to the buddy.AI app on Google Play using the email address s********@gmail.com, and the new subscription will begin on November 1, 2023. On the other hand, on October 31st, 2023, the Google Play app caused an unauthorized charge of 549.99 Turkish Lira to be taken from my card, the number of which is 4223. In addition to that, I terminated the subscription on October 31st, 2023. I demand that the amount that was charged be refunded to me immediately. If I do not receive a refund, I will seek redress through the courts.
