I Face Unauthorized Charge From Canva After Canceling My Subscription

On October 16, 2025, at 5:27 PM, ₺2,399 was charged without my consent from my Canva account registered under the email t***********@gmail.com**. I had already canceled my subscription earlier, so I was not expecting any payment to be processed.

After noticing the unauthorized charge, I logged back into my account and confirmed that the subscription was canceled once again to prevent future charges.

This is the first time I’ve encountered such an issue, and I am requesting a full refund of ₺2,399 that was taken without authorization. I kindly ask Canva to review this transaction and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
