I Haven’t Received My Global Blue Tax Refund Weeks After May 14 Nice Airport Submission

I am deeply frustrated with Global Blue. On May 14, 2025, I completed all the required Tax-Free procedures at Nice Airport. I was clearly told that the refund would be issued to my credit card within a few weeks. However, it has now been well over that timeframe, and I still haven’t received a single cent.
We’ve been checking the credit card regularly, expecting the refund to arrive as promised—but nothing. This delay has caused significant inconvenience and financial stress. If this is how a global company handles tourist reimbursements, then something is seriously wrong.
I want Global Blue to take immediate action, investigate my case, and process my refund without further delay. I also call on others who’ve faced the same issue to share how they resolved it, because I feel completely left in the dark. Tourists shouldn’t have to chase down their own money like this. I demand a full refund now.
