Umingle Demands Money to Lift My Account Ban

On 1 November 2026 my Umingle web account was blocked with the stated reason “Under 18”, with block ID c6ca11fe. When I now try to access my account, I see a “You are banned” screen that shows “Under 18” as the reason and even offers to lift the ban for Rp39,900 by entering credit card information. I am submitting this complaint to appeal the block and request that my account be fully unblocked and my access restored without any payment. I would like to clarify that I never intended to violate the community guidelines or use Umingle as a dating platform. Any questions I asked that referred to being under 18 were asked out of curiosity in the flow of a conversation and were never used as filters, search criteria, or any form of invitation. I now fully understand that Umingle is not a dating platform and that questions or searches based on age are not allowed under any circumstances. I respectfully ask you to review my chat history and reconsider the decision to block my account. I am committed to strictly following all Umingle rules going forward, including not asking or searching based on age in any way. I kindly request that you lift this block, restore access to my account, and clarify why a payment screen is shown for lifting a ban that was imposed with the reason “Under 18”.
