I Haven’t Received My Global Blue Greece Tax Refund a Month After Border Submission
I made several purchases in Greece and submitted a Tax Free refund request at the İpsala Border Gate as instructed. At the time, I was told the refund would be processed within two days. However, it has now been over a month, and I still haven’t received my refund.
Not only has no money been returned to my account, but I also haven’t received any email confirmation, update, or explanation from Global Blue regarding the delay. This lack of communication and failure to follow through on your promises is extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
I request that my refund — which I am fully entitled to — be issued immediately, and that Global Blue finally provide a proper update on the status of my refund. Enough waiting — resolve this now.
