I Didn’t Receive My €54 Global Blue Tax Refund After Submitting at Berlin Airport

On April 17, 2025, I made a purchase totaling €510.98 and completed my Tax Free process at Berlin Brandenburg Airport. I properly filled out the Global Blue refund documents and dropped them into the designated Global Blue mailbox at the airport as instructed. Despite following every step, I still haven’t received my €54 refund.
When I tried to track the refund, I was told that my email couldn’t be found in the system and that additional identity verification was needed through passport scanning. Why wasn't this made clear in advance? I followed the official process precisely, yet I am now stuck in a loop with no refund and no proper customer support.
Global Blue needs to urgently process my refund and simplify this overly complicated system. I request immediate action and clear communication about the refund I am owed.
