I Still Haven’t Received My Global Blue Tax Refund Despite App Showing “Paid”

On June 8, 2025, I made several purchases in Spain and completed all the required steps to claim my tax-free refund through Global Blue. The mobile app shows that the refund has been “paid,” but I have yet to receive any money in my account. It's been weeks now, and the delay is unacceptable.

What’s more frustrating is the complete lack of communication. I have tried calling Global Blue’s customer service multiple times, but no one answers. There’s no clear update, no follow-up, and no way to get in touch with a real person to understand what went wrong.

I demand that my refund be processed immediately and paid in euros, as initially indicated. This level of silence and inaction from a so-called global brand is extremely disappointing. I trusted Global Blue for a smooth tax refund process, but instead, I’m left waiting endlessly and feeling ignored. Resolve this issue promptly!
