My 'Invite a Friend Code' Was Not Accepted and Discount Was Refused by Getir
Getir is not accepting the "Invite a Friend" campaign code. I have video and photo evidence. Sometimes I wonder if they’re seriously messing with us. I spoke with a customer representative who got hung up on the word “kadar,” but the campaign terms aren’t as they described. In my app, it clearly says “Getir Büyük, Invite a Friend, Earn ₺200.” That’s it. I enter the code, but it says it’s invalid. The live support agent also told me that only ₺10 is given per friend. I’m in Alanya, and the campaign is supposed to be valid in this region, but no one seems to understand. I just want the discount I’m entitled to, and I won’t place another order until it’s applied.
