Getir Canceled My Orders After Using a ₺250 Coupon and Hasn’t Issued a Refund
Three of my orders from Getir were canceled, with the stated reason being a "technical issue." However, this is untrue, as I had used a ₺250 coupon on a ₺1000 order that included four bottles of cooking oil. They canceled my order intentionally because I used the coupon. They claimed that my order was processed and packed, and they were delivering another order nearby before coming to me. Despite this, they canceled my order after it was processed, packed, and invoiced. All three of my orders were canceled, and I still haven’t received a refund. Customer service keeps giving different excuses, first claiming a technical issue, then saying the courier couldn’t reach me. I will share the evidence, and I urge others to think carefully before ordering. I would not recommend this company to anyone; they deceive people and cannot take advantage of us like this.
