Domino's Pizza App Promotion Error

I wanted to use the 300 summer points I'd accumulated through the 'Daha Daha' app to receive a Domino's medium 1+1 menu as a gift. I selected one of the medium pizzas offered as part of the campaign at a Domino's branch in Ankara, Turkey, and entered my promo code into the appropriate field in the Domino's app. However, no notification appeared during the payment process, and the total amount was displayed as ₺300, despite the fact that it was a campaign gift. There was no notification that the code was invalid or excluded from the campaign. According to the campaign terms and the promotion description, I should have been able to use this menu for free with my summer points. My code was also valid. However, due to a system error, I'm unable to take advantage of the campaign. I'm confident that there's nothing missing or incorrect. I want the issue resolved, my code to work properly, and I can receive my campaign gift.
