Getir Fails To Reimburse For The Wrong Delivery

Getir, a Turkish delivery platform, fails to return my payment even though my order has been delivered completely wrong. On March 29 I ordered food from Popeyes. My food order was mixed up and someone else's order has been delivered. Even though I contacted Live Support of Getir, they could not contact the restaurant as it was closed. After that, I called Getir several times, and each time I was told that I would be informed about the progress. Nothing so far. Moreover, it seems that Getir's complaint management process is a mess and each time I call, another case number has been assigned, asking for the photos of the delivery over and over again! Why do I have to contact Getir over and over again, only to be given the same runaround each time? If Getir cannot deliver a solution, why do they exist?
