My Getir Order Delivery Never Arrived

Hello, I ordered water from Getir Kuzeyden on Saturday at 11:30 AM. Despite my location and address being up to date, the courier called me from a different street at 6:00 PM, claiming I wasn't at the address. When I told him he was in the wrong place, he spoke to me rudely and suggested I cancel the order if it was too late. He then marked the delivery as completed in the app. As of today, the water hasn't arrived, and I haven't received a refund.
