My Order Was Marked as Delivered but I Got Nothing From Yemek Sepeti

I placed an order through the Yemek Sepeti app at 01:33 from the Kastamonu Kuzeykent Komagene restaurant, but my order was never delivered. I haven’t been able to get a refund in any way. I waited for over an hour thinking there might be a delay, but no one showed up or contacted me. The restaurant marked the order as delivered, which is completely false. I even checked with the building security and neighbors to be sure, but nothing had arrived. Despite contacting customer service four times, no solution was provided, and nothing was done to deliver my food. I am urgently requesting a refund for the amount I paid.
