Getir Did Not Deliver My 12 Avoya Sodas and Refused a Refund
I placed an order through Getir Büyük for two 6-packs of Avoya soda, totaling 12 bottles. While my other items were delivered without issue, the 12 sodas were not delivered. I spoke with customer service, and they said the courier confirmed delivery and that there were no discrepancies in the warehouse. However, I never received these products, and I feel unfairly accused regarding this situation. The order was placed in the Beylikdüzü Beykent area of Istanbul under the username “z**,” and less than half an hour had passed since the delivery. I have never experienced such an issue before. When I contacted customer service, they insisted that both the courier and the warehouse showed no problem with the delivery and offered no solution. I request a refund for the undelivered sodas.
