On June 28, 2024, around 4:00 PM, we placed a water order via Yemeksepeti from a business named Kızılay. My order number is pcf8-v7tp. However, since this branch is located in Kocaeli, the business informed us over the phone that they couldn’t deliver the order. We live in Istanbul, so this caused a real issue. I tried calling Yemeksepeti but couldn’t reach anyone, and I’m also unable to cancel the order. I urgently need assistance, as this has happened to me once or twice before. Our money is being held unnecessarily, and the refund process is delayed as if it’s being used to generate interest. Please help resolve this matter.
