Getir Delivered My Order to Wrong Address, Caused 3-Hour Delay

I placed an order with Getir in the morning, but they mistakenly delivered my items to a different address. When I called customer service, they told me to wait as the order was supposedly on its way again. I was repeatedly told that the warehouse couldn’t be reached, the courier was en route, and that the courier wasn’t responding—just lies from customer support. After waiting for 3 hours, the situation caused arguments with my family and left me emotionally and financially distressed. In the end, I just asked for a refund to move on. This entire experience was frustrating and unacceptable, and I expect Getir to process my refund immediately.
