Getir Bad After Sales Service

I made a purchase through Getir on Sunday, March 24, at 16:38. At 17:13, I received a message stating that my order had been canceled. They claimed the courier attempted to contact me but couldn't reach me. They insisted the issue was with Getir, not the building or the restaurant. When I contacted Getir, they informed me there was nothing they could do and that they were unable to take action once an order is canceled. They also informed me that my order had been discarded. My phone was with me the entire time after I placed the order, so their claim of being unable to reach me is false. This is the first time I've encountered such a careless attitude from Getir. I'm disappointed by the poor quality of after-sales support from a company of this stature. Resolving the issue and ensuring customer satisfaction should be their top priority, not placing blame and disregarding customers.
