Hong Kong Vcreation Cloud Technology Limited Not Authorized Deduction

On September 6, 2026 at around 11:10 a.m., an amount of 699 was deducted from my GCash account under the name Hong Kong Vcreation Cloud Technology Limited without my knowledge or consent. I did not authorize any payment, subscription, or transaction to this company and was only made aware of the deduction when I checked my GCash activity. Since this transaction is clearly unauthorized, I request a 100% refund of the deducted 699 back to my GCash account and an explanation of why and how this charge was made without my permission. I also ask that any possible recurring or future charges from this merchant to my account be blocked so that this does not happen again.
