Moboreels Charges 8,237.50 PHP Yearly Fee via GCash Without Clear Pricing

I am writing about an unauthorized and unexpected yearly subscription charge made by the Moboreels app through my GCash account. This morning at around 9:00 a.m. on 3 September 2026, an amount of 129.99 USD (shown in my GCash statement as 8,237.50 in local currency) was deducted without clear and prior notice of the exact amount that would be charged. Inside the Moboreels app, a pop‑up appeared about a yearly subscription for AI series, and I accepted it. However, I was not properly informed that this amount would be directly charged to my GCash balance in this way, and I did not receive a transparent breakdown or a clear confirmation screen stating the final amount before the deduction. After noticing the charge, I tried to contact Moboreels support, but I have not received any response to my concern. I request a full refund of this 129.99 USD yearly subscription charge and the immediate cancellation of this subscription, as well as blocking any future charges to my GCash account from Moboreels. I expect this issue to be handled urgently and in a transparent manner.
