GCash Unauthorized Google Charge: 885 Pesos Deducted Without Consent

I am filing a complaint regarding an unauthorized deduction of 885 pesos from my GCash account. On 4 April 2026 at around 1:24 a.m., an amount of 885 pesos was taken from my balance without my permission. In my GCash transaction history, this appears as a payment to Google with merchant transaction number G32eC3ustHvLVFzesobSUiw, related to Gear Up, which I have not used for a long time. I did not authorize this transaction, did not make any purchase at that time, and no one else has my consent to use my GCash account. I have not yet been able to contact customer support, and I am very concerned because I badly need this money. I am requesting a full refund of the 885 pesos that was deducted without my authorization and a proper investigation into how this payment was processed under my account. I also ask that you ensure no similar unauthorized charges linked to Gear Up or Google will occur in the future on my GCash account.
