On September 28, 2026 at around 7 01a.m., an amount of 1,398 was deducted from my GCash account under the name Hong Kong Vcreation Cloud Technology Limited without my knowledge or consent. I did not authorize any payment, subscription, or transaction to this company and was only made aware of the deduction when I checked my GCash activity. Since this transaction is clearly unauthorized, I request a 100% refund of the deducted 1,398 back to my GCash account and an explanation of why and how this charge was made without my permission.
