Unauthorized Transaction From My Gcash Account

On January 28, 2026, an amount of PHP 949 was deducted from my GCash balance through a transaction with Picpop/VOIXAI, with GCash reference number 212100707. This payment was made without my knowledge or permission. I only paid once for my photo, and I did not authorize or intend any further or recurring charges. After noticing the deduction, I contacted GCash help service. However, I was only told to contact the merchant who deducted the amount from me, and no further assistance or resolution was provided regarding this unauthorized transaction. I request a full refund of the unauthorized PHP 949 charged to my GCash account and the cancellation of any possible recurring or future charges related to Picpop/VOIXAI. I also ask that this transaction be investigated as an unauthorized payment and that appropriate security measures be taken to prevent similar incidents in the future.
