GAP Issued an Incomplete Refund for My Online Return and Hasn’t Responded

I returned an online order I placed with GAP on September 25, 2024, but the refund I received was short of the expected amount. I have contacted the company three times about this issue, and each time they insist that the product was returned incomplete and mention that they have sent me an email about it. Unfortunately, I haven't received any emails, and no one has contacted me to explain the situation. I want my money back, as I feel I returned the order correctly. If this matter isn't addressed quickly, I will be ready to take it to the Consumer Court. I was surprised by the amount of trouble I faced with a straightforward return process at GAP.
