GAP Issued Partial Refund for My Return, Awaiting Full Payment

I placed an order with GAP online on September 25, 2024, and later returned the items. However, the refund issued to me was incomplete. I contacted GAP customer service three times, and they claim that one of the items was missing from the return. They also mentioned that they sent me an email regarding the issue, but I never received any email or follow-up call.

This is unacceptable, as I returned all items and expect the full amount to be refunded. I have been patient, but GAP has not resolved the issue or communicated properly.

I am now demanding the remainder of my refund immediately. If this is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the matter to the Consumer Court. Please address this issue without further delay.
