GAP Order Still Not Delivered – Conflicting Info from Support & Shipping

On February 2, 2025, I placed an order on GAP with order number 2832795110018819. However, my order has still not been delivered, and I am getting conflicting information from customer support and the shipping company.

When I contacted GAP customer service, they assured me that my order was shipped. But when I reached out to the shipping company, they stated that they never received the package from GAP. Now, I have no idea who to believe.

I called customer service again, but they still haven't provided a solution. Where is my order? I expect GAP to resolve this issue immediately and either deliver my package or issue a full refund!
