GAP Does Not Deliver the Order

I'm really disappointed with how this brand, where I usually shop, has been behaving. I bought a baby jacket that was on sale and I've been waiting for it to come for days. Instead, I got a message saying, "Sorry, we can't send your order with the number 2458677341912170 because we're having trouble getting the garment with the code 321302134 for small girls' clothing." We're sorry that you had a bad experience.

We'll give you a refund for your product in 1-3 business days. As a way to provide good customer service, we've included a 100 ₺ voucher with the code gp0909ea for purchasing seasonal products online. If you choose not to send the items you bought during the 'B016' discount period, it won't cause any more delays.

We spend time choosing products and placing orders, but you don't deliver them. That behavior is really rude. I didn't think a brand like this would act like that. I'll think hard about whether I'll come back to shop here.
