Mango Delayed My Quilted Jacket Order for a Month and Offered an Insulting Coupon

I ordered a quilted jacket from Mango on November 27, expecting it to be delivered promptly. However, by December 23-24, they still hadn’t sourced the item. Instead, they refunded ₺3939 and insultingly offered a ₺250 satisfaction coupon, which I didn’t use. I had to wait an entire month because of Mango’s incompetence, missing out on season-end discounts from other brands.
Mango failed to live up to its reputation and didn’t even bother to send an update or apology for the delay. This lack of communication and consideration for customer satisfaction is unacceptable. I’m extremely disappointed and expect Mango to take responsibility for their poor service and ensure they handle future orders more professionally.
