SHEIN Customer Support Unresponsive After Return
I placed an order on SHEIN in October for a coat. However, without realizing it, a different jacket was ordered by the system. When the product arrived in Turkey and was delivered to my address, I did not accept it and the parcel was returned to the sender.
My order number is GS014C13C003PS2. Although the product was not accepted and was returned, no information has been provided about the refund of the payment I made, which was 1,078.80 TL. I only received an informational email, but there was no mention or explanation of a refund, and still no reimbursement has appeared on my credit card.
I request that the amount for this undelivered and returned order be refunded to my credit card as soon as possible.
