Beymen Incomplete Delivery And Unreceived Refund

I'm writing to say that I'm not happy with the services Beymen has given me. I used the code bey-20230411-5861380 to place an order on their website four days ago, but it still hasn't been processed. Also, I asked for a refund on another sale (bey-20230401-5814388) a week ago, and I'm still waiting for it to be handled. Beymen has let me down because their customer service isn't very good. The delays in processing my orders have caused me a lot of trouble and stress. Since I paid a lot of money for these things, I thought I would get better service in return. I really hope that Beymen will move quickly to process my transaction and give me a refund as soon as possible.
