Metin2 Player Missing GPay Dragon Coin Purchase on Lucifer Server Account fantomx

On July 21, 2026, at around 6:00 PM, I purchased Dragon Coins (EP) worth $3 to load onto my account named fantomx on the Metin2 Lucifer server. Although the payment was successfully processed through GPay, the EP balance was not credited to my game account, nor was any refund issued to me.

The transaction details and account statement regarding the payment clearly show that the purchase went through successfully on July 21, 2026. Despite this, no changes occurred in my in-game account, and I am unable to use the EPs I paid for.

Regarding the issue I am facing, I submitted tickets to both Gameforge support and Metin2 support, but I have received no response so far. My money has been deducted, yet I am unable to use the product I purchased.

I demand that the corresponding EPs be credited to my fantomx account on the Metin2 Lucifer server as soon as possible, or if that is not possible, that the $3 amount be refunded to me.
