I have been playing Konami’s eFootball mobile game on my Poco X7 Pro phone for a long time, and I am experiencing a serious issue that causes me to be kicked out of the game in almost every match, resulting in unfair losses. Even though there is no problem with my internet connection, the game constantly presents this as a connection issue.
I encounter this problem especially often when I am winning matches. For example, when I am ahead 6-0, suddenly a white circle starts spinning on the screen, the game freezes, and I cannot continue in any way. Even though I wait for a long time, it either says “your opponent has left” or I get a warning saying “there is a problem with your internet, you lost the match.” After winning several matches in a row, it always creates such a problem and makes me lose the match, which has brought me to the point of quitting the game.
My internet on my device is strong and sufficient, I use high GB mobile data and my connection does not drop, yet the game keeps blaming me for the error. I also have video recordings showing these situations and images of the accounts of the opponents. Since I have not seen a solution to this problem so far, I am extremely disappointed and have come to the point of deleting the game.
I have spent nearly 15,000 TL on this game, making a serious investment in coins and tokens. If this problem cannot be solved, I do not want all my investment, tokens, and the money I paid to go to waste. If necessary, I demand a full refund of all my investments and for my account to be completely closed.
My expectation from Konami is that my account and match history be thoroughly reviewed, that this issue, which appears as a connection error, be technically investigated and permanently resolved, and that the grievance I have experienced be compensated. I want my unfairly lost matches and points to be returned, or my grievance to be resolved with in-game rights such as coins, tokens, etc., in a manner deemed appropriate, taking into account my financial investment.
