Konami Removed In-Game Currency but Never Issued My Refund
I am writing this complaint due to a problem I experienced during the refund process in Konami’s eFootball 2026 game. I made two separate in-game purchases: one for $4 and another for $1. Later, I requested refunds for these purchases. After the refund process, the in-game MC was removed from my account, but the total amount of $4 + $1 was never refunded to my bank account.
Since this transaction took place on December 31, 2025, I have both lost the in-game MC and not received the refunded payment amounts. I have not yet spoken directly with Konami Support or the in-game support team, and I want this issue to be seen here first and resolved as soon as possible.
My expectation from Konami is that, following this process in which the MC was removed from my in-game account, the full amount of $4 + $1 that I paid be completely refunded to me. I request that the refund process be completed and that my financial loss be fully resolved.
