Epic Games Support Delay: Charged for FC 26, Still Can’t Access Game

On December 11, 2025, at 9:47 PM, I made a payment via Google Pay to purchase FC 26 on Epic Games. The Google Pay transaction ID is 1864403569. Even though the charge was successfully taken from my card, two days have passed and the game has not been added to my Epic Games library.
I contacted both Google Pay and Epic Games support, and I was told that once the payment reached the Epic Games account, the game would be added to my library. However, there has still been no change, and I am unable to use the product I paid for.
I request that the game I purchased be immediately added to my Epic Games library. Otherwise, I demand that the full amount I paid be refunded without delay.
