I Paid for FC 2026 on Epic Games but the Game Never Appeared in My Library

On February 21, 2026, at 9:35:17 p.m., I made a bank transfer payment of $24 through GPay from my computer to purchase FC 2026 on the Epic Games Store. I have the payment receipt, and it includes the transaction/reference number 5151****72**. Although the payment was successfully processed, the product was not credited to my account and FC 2026 was not added to my game library.

My Epic Games username is jutax59. I will also attach the payment receipt to this complaint. After making the payment, I contacted both Epic Games and GPay in writing, but so far I have not received any response. Despite the payment being completed, I cannot access the product I purchased, which has caused inconvenience and serious concerns about trust.

I request that the $24 payment be refunded to my account as soon as possible based on the information in the receipt, or that the FC 2026 game I purchased be properly credited to my Epic Games account under the username jutax59.
