Fruugo Order Still Not Shipped or Updated

I ordered a hairgrow pen through Fruugo on 06.05.2026 with the order number 232876684, to be delivered to Turkey. The estimated dispatch date shown on the site was 09.05.2026, but since the day I placed the order I have not received any shipment, tracking information or further update about my package. In addition to this, I have not been able to reach Fruugo’s customer service regarding this issue. The lack of information and the absence of any response from support is very frustrating and makes me lose trust in the platform. I request that my order be either shipped immediately with clear tracking details provided or, if this is not possible, that a full refund be processed without any further delay.

I placed my order on May 6, 2026, and I have still not received any shipment confirmation, tracking number, or response of any kind. I have tried to contact Fruugo, but I have not received any reply. Therefore, I request that the product be shipped immediately or that I be issued a full refund.
