Canceled Fruugo Order but $48 Overcharge Still Not Refunded

On February 9, 2026, I placed an order on Fruugo for a product called “Sukuşi.” Although the listed price of the product was approximately $30, a total of about $48 was charged to my debit card. Despite the significant difference between the displayed price and the amount charged, I did not see any explanation in the system regarding this discrepancy. As soon as I noticed the issue, I canceled the order on the same day. However, I was unable to find a customer service phone number or reach any authorized representative. Throughout this process, I have felt completely unsupported. My order number is 225107076. Since I already canceled the product, I request a full refund of the approximately $48 that was charged to my card. I ask that my grievance be resolved as soon as possible and that I be provided with written confirmation regarding this matter.
