Fruugo Refund Not Received After Return

I ordered an item from Fruugo under order number 228850254 on 3/3/2026. The product turned out not to be appropriate for my needs, so a refund was agreed and I received a return request email from Fruugo. Following their instructions, I returned the item with tracking and replied to the return email, and since then I have emailed Fruugo three more times about my refund. Despite this, I have not received my refund of €169, nor any clear response regarding the status of my case. My emails are being ignored and the refund that was agreed has still not been paid. I request that Fruugo immediately processes and pays my full refund of €169 for order 228850254 and confirms this to me in writing as soon as possible.
