Check your order status first;
• Log in → My Orders
• Open the affected order
• Note:
– Order number
– Charge amount & date
– Current status (Processing / Awaiting Shipment / Cancelled)
• Screenshot the order page
Check your email (including Spam);
• Search for:
– “Order confirmation”
– “Shipping update”
– “Delay” or “Cancellation”
• Save any messages from Fruugo or the seller
Contact the seller through Fruugo;
• Use the “Contact Seller” or “Contact Support” button
• Explain you were charged but the item never shipped
• Provide:
– Order number
– Charge date
– Screenshots of order + no shipping update
• Ask them to:
– Confirm shipment date
– Provide tracking info
– Ship immediately or refund
Contact Fruugo Support if seller doesn’t respond;
• Explain your order never shipped
• Provide:
– Order number
– Proof of payment (bank/statement screenshot)
– Order screenshots
• Ask them to:
– Confirm shipment status
– Refund your money
If support does not reply, you might want to consider posting a complaint on Xolvie in order to bring attention to the issue and try to find a solution.
