The Product I Bought From Fruugo Has Not Arrived

The product I bought from the international shopping site Fruugo has not arrived even though it has been more than a month. I cannot find anyone to contact. Their so-called customer support is nothing more than a frustrating loop of automated responses. They only give automatic answers to complaints. No communication channel works to help. Even their FAQ section fails to provide any real solutions, making it clear that they avoid accountability. When I try to contact the seller, the site gives an error message and the transaction remains incomplete. It feels like they intentionally make it impossible to get any assistance. Should I be disappointed with the money I paid or the time I waited?
